Alright, so its been like ages since i updated this thing. What makes me want to write in it now..i have no idea...lol but here it goes. School is going good. Even though it can get kinda boring here, i think i still rather the small town life kinda thing. I dont know..just makes me feel at home. Living with Katy on our own has been great. Im so glad i didnt get stuck living with someone i dont get along with or something..cause we have some real fun times at the little cabin of ours. Ive learned a lot so far during the whole college life..not just about school stuff but a lot about myself and relationships and all that jazz..and after all of this i know i'll be alright. Of course i miss all of my Baton rouge gals..but i'll come visit again soon! Now i'll leave with a pic from me and katies fun saturday night being our retarded selves:

Yay for an update.
Last Sunday me, katy, jake and bruce went up to baton rouge to go visit my favorite friend in the whole world, Katie. It was good times.

Thursday was seths 18th birthday. So of course, we partied.

Yesterday was the offical moving day. It feels great to actually be on my own for once in my life. I'm movin on, and hopefully to some good and better things.

Me and Katy cooked our first meal, which looked a little something like this..

We went to last call and it was pretty fun cause lots of people were there that we knew which is always good.

So me and Brunet went to visit katie in the big Baton Rouge on Wednesday.

Brunet was so excited she drove with no hands..which isnt very safe by the way.

When we got there we went eat at Chilis, probably cause its the only place we knew how to get to.

Then we baked katie a cake cause its her birthday today!!

And then, we just went crazy.

Bahh..so this is the 2nd time i write this cause i just xed out the box by accident...So anyways...Here it goes again...

Not too much new has been goin on..except the fact that i got a job..Yes, i am employed at Wing stop of houma, how exciting. I probably wouldnt have got the job if it werent for katie being my best friend and having worked there before to tell them to hire me..so thanks katie for that. Tonight was good, cause it was Rho's birthday..the big 1-8..we went to lacasa and then to the mall theater to see "kicking and screaming"..Will Ferrel makes life a whole lot funnier. After that we headed over to scarlet scoop to find out that they were closed so we had to settle for mcdonalds..my milkshake was really chocolatey..i mean like i would drink it and be like "Wow. This is a crazy chocolate madness" After mcdonalds we went to rachels house and watched old nickelodeon shows like Guts and Double dare..i wish those shows still played on regular cable cause id be entertained for hours.

I hate when i start thinking about things...when i listen to this music when im in my room by myself..i hate times like this..i dont know what to do..i just want to be happy.

Well I must say that I love the lazyness of summertime. But Im really not liking this whole rain every day thing. Our water pipe has been busted for the past week now and apparently theres no plumbers in houma that would like to fix it for us. It kinda feels like we're living in the old days when we have to use water from a jar to wash our hands with. lol. So Florida here we come Saturdayyyyyy..yay...I dont even care that it will probably be raining the whole time and that theres a possible tropical storm heading our way.. I just need to get away from here for a while. Fun people, nice beach..it will be good times. After I get back from Florida then it'll be time for things to change. I have to go find a job somewhere and then I'll be heading out of here and moving to Thibodaux. It's wayyy past time for that. The whole sheltered life thing has been going on too long. Plus I'll have my most favorite cousin living with me. The girls are leaving for Baton Rouge soon too. I'm gonna miss them a lot but I know that they'll be happy there and they're ready to move out as much as I am. I have come to the realization that I have a flip flop obsession because I bought another pair today. I just have to have like every color. Besides they're all like only 3 bucks anyways, how could I resist? So I think I'm gonna go back to happy Jen, because this whole worrying about everything and stressing over things that arent gonna happen anyways..Im tired of it all. Things happen for a reason and I guess I just have to let them happen. Im so excited to be going to college and Im ready to meet new people..kinda get out of this bubble I've been in for a while. I love how i just ramble on about random things...its great...boredom does that to ya..i think im gonna go now..

So yeah we're graduates now.

It still really hasnt kicked in yet. Its like okay we went to graduation..big deal. Maybe its just the lack of sleep im having. Staying up for 26 hours straight does things to ya.

I noticed ive got no pictures with caps and gowns..but your not missing anything because that was the ugliest thing ive ever worn in my life. Golden yellow is not my color.

Yeahh i love summer time but i get pretty bored..which is why im updating again. So, graduation is Wednesday...CRAZY...still dont know whats goin on after that but im sure we'll find something. Yesterday i hung out with the gang and we went swimming and to ihop and whatnot..always good times with them. Im pretty sleepy..going to bed at 4 or 5 this morning does that to ya i guess. Yeah thats about it for now.

Today was nice...no alarm clock to wake up to at 6 in the morning. AMAZING. although i woke up from coughing up a lung or something..it wasnt pleasant..but yeah oh well..I went to the mall and picked up somethin for my cousins birthday, then went to rue 21 and spent some of my gift certificate..gota love sale items cause i still have 10 dollars left on it! yessssss. Katy came visit today too so we could give her the graduation present before she left..i love my katy and we're gonna have some fun times living together. I also wrote katies gradutation letter today...lets just say ummm...TEAR...katie i appologize in advance for all the crying your gonna be doing for graduation..lol...im so ready for florida..it will be fun stuff..and i havent been to the beach in like forever so that will be great. Yup, thats about it.

So today was our official last day, not counting the exam days and whatnot. We had our senior bbq and everything and it was good stuff. Im really not sad at all to be leaving that school. Sure i'll miss some people but its time to move on.

So yesterday was my big 18th birthday! I had a really good day too. Katie brought some multi-colored cupcakes for lunch and i got some cupcake kisses..mmm...lol Then that night the whole gang went eat at Chilis..i didnt think that many people were gonna come but it was like 12 of us or something like that. So we officially have about 3 weeks left of high school. How crazy is that. Not only is it crazy, its also a little scary. I mean we've been waiting to leave high school since we started it pretty much, but the closer it gets to graduation, the more you start to think about whats gonna happen next. Things are gonna change A LOT pretty soon. Prom is also this weekend. Its like our last prom ever..(Laguna beach moment..lol). I think its gonna be great though.

Things have been going good. Im trying not to let him get to me but sometimes i just cant help it. I can talk to him for hours and be myself and not be worried about what he thinks. Its great.

So Friday I hung out with Jesi and Rhobee, then later Blakeface arrived. We had fun times.

Saturday at around 4 started the longest day of my life..lol Relay for Life was Saturday and it lasted til 2 in the morning. Im happy to say we raised money for people with cancer, but the tiredness was just taking over me by about 9.

So i think we all officially have senioritis. 35 more days, thats all. Waking up at 6 in the morning and going all day on 3 hours of sleep just doesnt work for me. 3 HOURS!! yeah. lol me and katie drove around places for about 3 hours this afternoon. We're silly girls and should have been napping but nooo..lol

Friday Night-Went on down to Chauvin for my cousins wedding, and let me tell ya, it was fun stuff. Being as i knew lots of people there, which rarely happens at weddings, i had a lot of fun dancing the night away. I went around taking pictures with everyone:
